1. Scope
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services between [KP DigiServe], [Berlin], (hereinafter “Provider,” “we,” or “us”) and our customers (hereinafter “Customer” or “you”).
1.2 These T&C apply exclusively. Any conflicting or deviating terms from the Customer are not recognized unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of products or services on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
2.2 A contract is concluded when the Customer places an order via our website, email, or telephone and we confirm the order in writing (e.g., email) or deliver the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices listed on our website are in EUR and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment methods include [e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, invoice]. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods.
3.3 The payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery and Shipping

4.3 Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout and included in the total price.
5. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers only)
Consumers (as defined in § 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or postal letter) of your decision to revoke the contract.
Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a non-standard shipping method), within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made products or personalized goods
Perishable goods or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Digital content if the Customer has expressly agreed to the execution before the withdrawal period ends
